Over the past 40 years, we have established strong technical and after-sales service teams across our business areas, including environmental health, food safety, life sciences, laboratory services, integrated big data information solutions, and diagnostics. To further meet the needs of our Chinese customers, PerkinElmer has continuously expanded its operations, establishing Customer Experience Centers (CKCs), global software development teams, and global application development centers in office buildings in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, and Chengdu. We have also established a production and R&D facility in Taicang, bringing us closer to our Chinese customers.
