On June 11, 2018, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced the listing of CATL’s RMB common stock on the ChiNext board.

In 2019, CATL was listed on the Fortune China 500, ranking 290th. On June 11, 2019, CATL was named one of the “2019 Forbes China Most Innovative Companies” list. On October 23, 2019, the 2019 Fortune Future 50 list was released, with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. ranked fourth. In December 2019, CATL was selected as one of the 100 Model Brands at the 2019 China Brand Power Festival.

On September 10, 2020, the 2020 list of China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises was released, with CATL ranked 181st with operating revenue of 4.578802 billion yuan.

In July 2021, CATL officially launched its sodium-ion battery.
