Taicang T&W Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in April 2008 and commenced operations in May 2010 on a 160,000 square meter facility. Phase I construction encompasses approximately 100,000 square meters, while Phase II, covering approximately 136,000 square meters, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2014. As T&W’s primary production base in the Yangtze River Delta, the facility has introduced a comprehensive suite of SMT production equipment, dual-wave soldering machines, anti-static equipment, Philips high-speed and AX501 soldering lines, Fuji NXT soldering lines, and DIP lead-free soldering lines, among other high-end equipment. Together with the Xinqiao factory, Taicang T&W aims to develop into a world-class industrial park integrating production, living, entertainment, and leisure.

Currently, Taican T&W has achieved a monthly production capacity of 1.7 million units and employs 3,400 people, a figure projected to grow to 8,000 by 2015. The goal is to become the largest T&W production and testing center in the Yangtze River Delta.
